Glossary support for AI Translate and Quality Evaluation

How it works

With this feature, once your Admin has uploaded designated glossary terms through the backend system, these terms are automatically integrated into your workflow to promote accuracy and brand consistency.

AI Translate: If your source file contains any glossary terms that have been uploaded, the AI translation engine will automatically substitute those terms with the approved translations. This guarantees that essential terminology remains consistent and aligned with your organization's standards across all languages and content types.

Quality Evaluation (QE): During quality assessment, the system references these glossary terms to maintain uniform evaluation criteria and terminology consistency.

In summary, there’s no need for additional action on your part. Simply create your projects as usual, and the system will intelligently apply your organization’s mandated glossary translations, ensuring every deliverable meets the high standards of clarity and cohesion that drive global business success.
