      Human verification

      If you determine that the Quality Evaluation of your content needs to be improved by a human, you can send it to Straker to get verified by a human expert.

      Once your file(s) have been evaluated, you have the option to send to a human expert within the Project you have created. To do this, follow the steps below:

      1. Click on the Human Verification tab in the Project you have created.
      2. Click on the files and languages you want to send for verification in the table listed. You can expand each language by clicking the drop down arrow.


      3. Click Send for human verification once you have selected your files and languages.
      4. We will provide you with a summary of the cost. Choose the type of verification service, and then click Proceed.
      5. Select your payment method, enter your credit card information, and then click Pay to proceed.
