Step 1
To install Straker Translation Package for AEM 6.5
Please contact us to request access.
We will send you and your IT Team a Package and an access token.
Once you are all set up in Straker Translations, we will send you and your IT Team a Package compatible with AEM Translation Framework. The connector will be provided in a zip file format, there is no need to unzip this file.
Step 2
In your AEM instance, select the "Tools" menu, then "Deployment". Select "Packages", this will open the CRX Package Manager.
Step 3
Click "Upload Package" and select the ZIP file that was provided to you by Straker Translations. The Straker Translations AEM Connector will be displayed in the package
list.
Step 4
Click "Install", which will trigger the actual installation procedure. You will be provided with advanced settings should you wish to check these. However, this is an entirely optional process and you can simply select "Install".
After a successful installation, the listing is update with a green marker - which means that the connector is installed and ready to be configured!
