      Usage Reports and AI Tokens

      Viewing Usage Reports

      The usage report shows detailed information about the different transactions that were created. You can view and download your usage report in LanguageCloud.

      To view and download your usage report, click Settings and select Usage from the sidebar menu, and then click Export Transaction Details.

      AI Tokens

      You can purchase AI tokens from LanguageCloud which can also be used on Slack for the following translation job requests:

      • AI Translate
      • AI Translation Channels
      • Direct MT
      • Media Jobs - submitting media files for transcription and AI translation

       

      Note: For On Account customers, AI tokens can be pre-allocated. They will be billed monthly based on their usage, and monthly usage thresholds can also be set.
