      Globalization Self-Serve Policy

      Product development teams are responsible for

      • the submission of their PII translation and ICT requests via Globalization Pipeline

      • capturing and attaching English screenshots on the translation requests for context and on the ICT requests for PII testing (English and translated screenshots) 

      • perform FVT and GVT as part of their development process

      • reach out to GTech team (slack #globalization-at-IBM or #g11n-pipeline) to request assistance from the global vendor Straker for the above tasks 

      • consult the globalization champions’ meetings recap of the globalization’s multi-year transformation and closeout session to find the IBM teams now responsible for accessibility, penetration testing, and GB18030 compliance.
