How Often should a Development Team Submit Requests for Human Translation?

While Globalization Pipeline enables development teams to submit human translation requests as often as they like, if the strings you are submitting for translation are not stable (i.e., they may be changed or deleted as the software UI work is completed), you may incur unnecessary translation costs.
