Quality Boost

Overview

Quality Boost is an AI-powered feature in Verify that enhances AI-translated or machine translated content by making it clearer, more accurate, and natural-sounding. It uses a series of AI agents to refine the translation, ensuring it meets high standards for fluency, terminology, and style while preserving the original meaning. This feature helps reduce the need for extensive human review by automatically improving the quality of AI translations.

Steps

  1. From the Verify dashboard, click Create new project.

  2. Enter a Project name.

  3. Upload your file by dragging and dropping it or clicking to browse.

  4. Select the target language(s) for your translation.

  5. Click Next.

  6. On the Personalize with add-ons screen, locate the Quality Boost option and click Add to project.

  7. Click Submit to begin the process.

  8. Once processing is complete, you can view the project dashboard. The system will show the initial AI Translation, followed by the Quality Boost enhancements.

    1. Note: If some files are large in text volume, this will take longer than AI translation. 

  9. Click on the Detailed Breakdown tab to see the improved quality score. You will see a chart comparing the initial translation quality with the enhanced version after applying Quality Boost.
