Finalizing & signing-off content

  1. Ensure all segments are completed
  2. Click the Sign Off button in the top right corner of the screen.
  3. Confirm Sign-Off
    • Once clicked, the file status updates to “Signed Off” in the Collaborate dashboard.
    • You cannot undo a sign-off once completed.
  4. Head to the Project in the Quality Evaluation page in Verify to download the finalised file.
