Inviting collaborators

  1. Go to Settings > Team in the Verify platform.
  2. Click Add Team Member to invite a new collaborator.
  3. Enter in the users email address and the role you want to assign them.
  4. The invited user must sign up for Verify (if they haven’t already).
  5. Once they join, they will have access to Verify based on their role type.

Note:

  • Editors can only verify and edit content assigned to them.
  • Only Member and Collaborator roles can edit content in Collaborate.
  • Email notifications will alert Editors when content is ready for review.
