Inviting collaborators
- Go to Settings > Team in the Verify platform.
- Click Add Team Member to invite a new collaborator.
- Enter in the users email address and the role you want to assign them.
- The invited user must sign up for Verify (if they haven’t already).
- Once they join, they will have access to Verify based on their role type.
Note:
- Editors can only verify and edit content assigned to them.
- Only Member and Collaborator roles can edit content in Collaborate.
- Email notifications will alert Editors when content is ready for review.
