Create a new project

  1. Navigate to the Projects page from the sidebar.
  2. Click the New Project button.
  3. Enter a Project Name.
  4. (Optional) Select a pre-configured Orchestrate workflow from the dropdown menu.
  5. Choose one or more target languages for your translation.
  6. Upload your files by dragging and dropping them or by clicking the upload button. Click here to see the list of supported file types.
  7. Verify automatically analyzes the files, detects the source language, and provides a word count.
  8. (Optional) Add services like Quality Boost to have AI agents refine the translations.
    1. Translator Agent: This agent begins by improving the overall fluency, readability, and grammatical correctness of the AI translation.
    2. Style Guide Agent: This agent refines the translation to align with a specific style and tone, helping to maintain brand voice consistency across all translated content. We currently support the following languages but will be expanding in the future.
    3. Terminology Agent:This agent ensures the translation uses the correct, pre-approved terminology for your brand or industry. This agent is only used if a glossary has been uploaded to your account.
  9. Click Submit to start the translation process.
  10. The Project Report page gives you an overview of all your projects. Here, you can filter by status and language to see the overall progress of each job.

Note: Quality Boost is not an instant process and will take time to complete. For example, a 1,000-word document will take around one minute to process.
