      How to change your password

      How to change your password

      You can update your SwiftBridge AI password anytime from your account settings.

      To change your password:

      1. Go to Settings
      2. Click the Password tab
      3. Enter your current password
      4. Enter your new password
      5. Confirm your new password
      6. Click Update Password to save your changes 

       

      How to reset your password

      1. To reset your password open the SwiftBridge AI log in page, and click Forgot password?

      2. Enter the email you use to log in to SwiftBridge AI and click Reset Password. We will send you the password reset instructions.

      3. Click the link in the received email.

      4. Create a new password and click Reset Password.

      5. Log in with the new password.

       

      Note: You won’t be able to change your password if you signed up using Google, Microsoft, or SSO—those are managed externally.
