Set up your account

You can create your SwiftBridge AI account in just a few minutes using your work email, a third-party app (Google or Microsoft), or your organization’s SSO provider.

Note: If you already have a Verify account, you may not be able to register for SwiftBridge AI using the same credentials. Please contact your account manager or reach out to support if you require access to both platforms

To sign up with your email:

  1. Go to the SwiftBridge AI sign-up page

  2. Enter your work email address

  3. Review the Terms and Conditions and check the box to agree

  4. Click Get started

  5. Check your inbox for a verification email from Straker. Click the button in the email to confirm your account

  6. On the setup page, enter your Name, Company Name, Location, and create a Password

Once complete, your account will be activated and ready to use.

To sign up with Google or Microsoft:

  1. Go to the SwiftBridge AI sign-up page

  2. Click the Google or Microsoft icon at the bottom of the page

  3. If you're already logged in, simply confirm your account details

  4. If not, enter your email or phone number and click Next

  5. Enter your password and click Next

  6. Your account will be registered under your name and email address

Note: If you sign up using a Google or Microsoft account, your email address and password are managed by that service. You won't be able to change them from within SwiftBridge AI. If you'd like to use a different email address, contact us and we can help switch your account over.

To sign up with SSO:

Note: SSO sign-up is only available if your organization has already set it up with SwiftBridge AI. If you're unsure, please check with your admin or follow the steps in our How to configure single sign-on (SSO) guide

  1. Go to the SwiftBridge AI sign-up page
  2. Click the SSO button at the bottom of the page
  3. Sign in using your organization's SSO provider
  4. You'll be taken directly to the SwiftBridge AI platform

Troubleshooting

  • Didn’t receive the verification email?

Check your spam or junk folder, or request a new one by returning to the sign-up page.

  • Seeing an error that your email is already registered?

This may be due to an existing Verify account. Contact your account manager or support for help.
